Putnam County Schools Student Registration for 2009-2010 is February 9-13 at all elementary, PCMS, and Algood schools.

Cornerstone Middle School, Avery Trace Middle, and Burks Middle Schools will register April 2-9 at each school.

The process involves a parent/legal guardian completing a one-page form and submitting the completed form at the school office.

Parents/Legal Guardians will need their child’s social security number, and emergency contact phone numbers.

Putnam County Schools Board Policy for Priority Enrollment will be followed.

Kindergarten registration will be April 2, 2009 at all elementary schools from 1:00-5:00.

Pre-school applications will be available beginning April 2, 2009 at schools or at the Putnam County Board of Ed Office, 1400 East Spring Street.
