Grant Approval Process

1. Notify grant department of intention to apply for grant funding.
2. Complete Grant Proposal Summary (GPS).
3. Grant Specialist reviews proposal for alignment with Board’s Strategic Plan;
   District’s TCSSP Plan; and School Improvement Plans.
4. Director approves and places on monthly board agenda
5. Board votes to approve
6. Project implemented per grantor’s guidelines and in compliance with Board Policies and Procedures
