Frequently Asked Questions about Adult Education How much does it cost? It’s FREE!! The Putnam County Adult Education Program provides all instruction and materials with the exception of Community Education courses. What subjects will be studied? Depending on which program the student enrolls in, the subjects will be basic skills in reading, writing, social studies, science, literature and mathematics. Employment and life skills are also incorporated in the curriculum. Who can enroll? Services are available to any adult 18 years of age or older, who is not currently enrolled in another school. When and where are the classes held? Classes are held at various times and locations. When and where do I enroll? For registration, call (931) 528-8685 for an appointment or more information.
